game sound loop bug etc...

hello i have a problem with my sims 4 game have a sound bug problem manschmal are the sims talks in the loop manschmal is the sound of an interaction on the lying machine maschmal t-post my sims whom it loopt too often i don't know how i still do the thing to go to repair and re-establish game does not work:c have a video here where I could reproduce the problem only to the info that is only to show I know that you shouldn't spam the button was only to show my problem it happens without me pressing a button in game if the sims talk for example, maybe someone can help me please don't know what else it happens about all 10-20 sec is always different for a long time in between
