164394Sere Try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
For the rest, when you quit or the game crashes, close the EA App, and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager before reopening the App. Or restart your computer.
