Game updated May 2026, now I have no access to my saved games or sims.

I updated my Sims 4 today (May 12, 2026), and now I have lost access to all of my saves and a number of things that I had saved to My Library in the Gallery, including my most recent family and home....

19ff572c2f9b74ee​  You've only searched for one save, not for all of them, and I can't tell from the info you've provided whether this is the missing save.  So please open your saves folder and post a screenshot of the contents.  Then go in-game and see which saves ARE loading.  You can see the save number by hovering over the folder icon.  Let me know which saves, if any, are in your saves folder but don't show up within the game.
