MehoyMinoy8 Are your Steam and EA accounts properly linked, and to each other? To check, try to sign into any EA website (this one is fine) using your Steam credentials. If you land in the correct EA account, great; if anything else happens, let me know.
Aside from that, try running the EA App as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Make sure the App is fully loaded (and you've signed into the correct account) before trying to launch Sims 4.
And to answer your question, no, the content you own in Steam won't be available with an EA App install.
Hi! Yes they are linked to the same account. When I run as administrator it still says its unavailable.
And how do I get the steam content to work if possible? since I bought it there.
