I purchased the 25-year anniversary bundle on Steam, giving me access to the Grunge Revival Kit for Sims 4. In the EA store, it shows the Grunge Revival Kit as "accessed through Steam". I installed the Sims 4 on Steam, but when I try to start it, it says "You don't have access - This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again." My EA and Steam accounts are linked, and even after restarting EA and Steam by force closing, I am met with the same error.
I uninstalled the game from Steam and re-installed it through EA - since the install on Steam removed it from EA - but I still don't have access to Grunge Revival Kit.
