I closed my game down normally earlier today and now it will not start from the EA app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no difference. It starts to launch and then crashes right away. I can't seem to find a way to get ahold of EA support after literally and hour of searching/trying. How do I fix this or get ahold of a real human for support?
felix407 Sorry for the late reply. Do you see an error when the game crashes? If so, please post a screenshot of it.
Either way, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
