Game won't launch/
Very simple. My game won't launch from the EA app. When I press play the app closes to load, then after a few minutes the app window will open again. Already repaired and tried without mods. Attached...

OrionSkybourne1 Then please try a clean Sims 4 user folder, again, to make sure nothing in that folder is getting in the way. If that doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
So, I tried a clean sims 4 folder, but it just loads me back to the Ea app after a briefly preparing then loading. Here's my new dxdiag.
