My Game got stuck on the loading household screen then crashed and now it's messing up my ENTIRE LAPTOP & has that pixilated box in the bottom corner of the screen and Now it Won't Start @ All!!

shayesimpson Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons. Please also let me know whether restarting your computer helps.

GAME WON'T START
