Your dxdiag lists a number of errors that could be due to a problem with the hard drive, but the issue could also be how the page file is built, so let's start there. Please delete the page file, as in, set its minimum and maximum values to zero, and restart your computer. Then allow Windows to manage its size again. Here's how (option one):

If that doesn't help, please run chkdsk on your C drive. Click Windows key-X, choose PowerShell (Administrator), specifically with (Administrator) in the name, and enter this command:
chkdsk /f /r c:
You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes. When it's done, here's how to find the results:

Please post them here, along with a new dxdiag. The one you posted is missing some information because the process crashed while running, which could be a fluke or another sign of a system issue.
