Game won't start

Hi! So my game won't start. I'll click the play button on the EA app, and I'll give it a few minutes because my game takes a few minutes to start because of mods, but it never actually starts, and then the EA app will open again. I don't know what's happening. Please help.

If that doesn't help, please run chkdsk on your C drive.  Click Windows key-X, choose PowerShell (Administrator), specifically with (Administrator) in the name, and enter this command:

    chkdsk /f /r c:

You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes.  When it's done, here's how to find the results:

Please post them here, along with a new dxdiag.  The one you posted is missing some information because the process crashed while running, which could be a fluke or another sign of a system issue.

If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
