i was playing the pack last night fine with no issues. i go to play it this morning only to be greeted with a white screen and the game not responding upon launching from the app. i tried about 3 times before going to repair the game, it then stopped at the most recent pack, enchanted by nature, and claims i don't own the pack and refuses to download it.
I had a similar issue, only it happened immediately upon downloading.
I repaired, uninstalled & reinstalled, signed in & out, still no new world-just white screen. Through trial & error I found it's my CC that's causing the white screen. I removed the folder, left my mods, and the world loaded fine. Once I put my CC back, white screen.
IF you have CC & mods, I suggest you give it a try without them, then reintroduce them one at a time (this is what I'm working on right now).
this happened to me but its not my mods and the game will not run. like it opens to the first screen and when i try to load into a game it crashes. i am so upset i wasted 40 dollars and now my game wont even work lololol
also i bought the pack and i tried to undowload and now the option to download it is grayed out!! cant even try to download it anymore
content_gremlin SimsSinceY2K alokaaii The usual cause of a white screen when loading a new world is T.O.O.L., so remove that if you have it. The "game ownership disabled or deleted" error when repairing is a known issue with its own master thread:

content_gremlin The white screen when trying to launch the game at all is a different matter. If you haven't already, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
alokaaii Please create your own thread describing your issue, and provide a dxdiag and a screenshot of any error message you see as well.
i have the exact same issue. my fairies wings have all disappeared in live mode and i can't even load into my one and only save. the moment it loads, my game just crashes immediately. ridiculous
miychou Please load a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know how much of the new expansion's content shows up: fairy wings, other CAS items, the new world, etc.
For your existing save, are you saying the game crashes when you select the save, or after you load into your main household, or some other time? If it only crashes once you've selected your household or clicked Resume, please you use Load Game to choose another household and see whether you can load into that.
