Gardening interactions not working

When trying to graft a cutting onto another plant in the game, the sim does not complete the interaction but resets to a default/still pose and the interaction remains incomplete. I used Better Exceptions to try and figure out the exact  problem and received this message: Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'splicing_recipies')
