Get Famous

Hi, unsure if this is the right category to post but I need help!

I purchased Get Famous today and it is not showing up under add-ons at all! It’s asking me to purchase, despite having redeemed a code. Went to enter the code again and it’s saying it’s already been redeemed?? I’ve triple checked account purchased from, but it’s all correct. What has happened? Base game hub is saying I don’t own the game.
