Get to work Retail issue

I'm having a glitch with retail lately, Sims will Queue at the cash register and a random sim not purchasing will stand in front of the register preventing sims from checking out. So i disable using the register, that works for a couple transactions, but then the transactions cancel or i make zero simoleans. So i go back to using the register where i encounter the cutting npc or the same as with the pad. Cancelling transactions or not getting paid. Anyone else experience this? I already tried diagnosing if the issue results from mods or ccl, the problem is in the game.
