Get together wont work

I bought get together from loaded.com a day before the patch. My game wouldnt work with it it wouldnt load at all so i uninstalled it and just left it there because the games were ruined and stuff. I tried to join my game today and it worked just fine, i redownloaded get together and my game wont even launch. I repaired the game restarted the app and cleared my cache. Also they told me that they cant give me a refund but they sold me a broken pack, anyone know if i can do anything about it?

    patixoua​  What happens when you install Get Together and try to play?  Please describe what you see, and post a screenshot of any error message.

    Please also provide a dxdiag, for reference.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
