I bought the new Nature pack and got it downloaded. It plays. But the other worlds I have from previous plays won't load. I'm not familiar with how the folders work on the PC, and I'm afraid I'll delete something that shouldn't be deleted. I don't want to lose what I already have in the game. After playing in the new world, I retried to open a previous household and got an error message. What is going on with this?
Tra02175 Please start a new save and see whether the other worlds load. Let me know either way.
Please also post a screenshot of the error message you get when trying to load a household in another world in an existing save.
If you use mods or custom content, please test with your Mods folder removed. You can do so separately (test with mods and cc first, then without), and you don't need to save your progress.
I don't use mods. But, I performed a repair on the game through the EA app, though for some reason it couldn't finish. It kept saying I didn't own the new Enchanted by Nature pack, so it kept pausing, and I ended up cancelling. I also had to evict one household and relocate them to another lot. So far, whatever I did seems to have resolved the issue. At least so far, it's working. But I haven't played it much yet, so I'll have to see what happens when I go back later. Thanks for the fast response. I will update this as soon as I get the chance to play again.
Update: It seems to be working fine now. I have no idea what was wrong that day. Maybe the repair fixed it? So far it's doing alright.
Tra02175 If you were seeing the "game ownership disabled or deleted" error, it's an EA-side issue:

There's nothing for you to do about it right now, but it also shouldn't prevent you from playing or using the new content. Hopefully everything keeps working for you going forward, but let me know if you need further help.
