Grand-master Vampire advancement not working.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.54.120.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but “My first Pet Stuff” and “Toddler Stuff”
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start with a Grand-master Vampire and work through a level of gaining XP. Once the level is full you don’t level up and get additional Vampire points.
What happens when the bug occurs? Advancement in Vampire XP and point stops.
What do you expect to see? The bar should empty and additional Vampire points 🏈 should be added to the available pool
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. August 2019 patch. Happens with pre-existing and new games.
Tested this with a clean game, no CC, vanilla random character (leveled up using cheats to test issue).
Issue raised again as requested. 🙂
