(GTW) How to get rid of an unwanted pregnancy
Aliens abducted my sim and now he is pregnant and I don't want him to be because I've just started and I don't want my sims to have a child yet, is there anyway to get rid of it?

Once the baby is here, you can send it to the Alien World. You'll loose all relationships and you will never know the child was even born.
