Has bought game but says it is a trial

I have bought The Sims 4 from a games store and I put the disc in and it was working fine and it didn't say it was a trial. I had lost the disc 1 but I found it today but when I put it in the disc drive, I went to my origin account library it said that the game was a trial and the trial has ended, please help me, or that was like $80.00 down the drain...
