Game crashes when uploading to the Gallery

For the crashing, does it happen if you use "save as" instead of "save"?  What about if you take your computer offline before you open Sims 4?  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.

Thanks so much for your reply. I actually decided to uninstall and re-install everything. It was slightly better so I can now save the game, however tonight when I tried to upload a lot to the gallery, I got an unexpected store exception error which shut down my whole system. After reading about the issue I have since updated by graphics driver. I am honestly scared to attempt uploading to the gallery again. 😫

Thanks for the suggestion, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game. It seemed to fix the save issue however when I tried to upload a lot to the gallery tonight an unexpected store exception error occurred and crashed the whole system. After reloading and doing a lil investigating I have now updated the graphics driver, however I am scared to attempt uploading to the gallery again. 😢

Stimulations777​  I don't recognize the error, so I'd like to see a screenshot of it.  But if you'd rather do some troubleshooting before testing this again, that's fine.  In that case, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
