Hello I
Hello I am hoping that someone can figure this out for me. I have had this issue for some time. When I play the Sims 4 I only build, but after a few minutes in build mode the sims just shuts down and...
@puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for all your suggestions, I have removed the notify.glob folder, disabled my RGB software, turned off one drive sync, changed EA app to offline, and went offline on my pc and still receive the issue. Actually when I tried it I got the blue screen, so here is the minidump file.

@Rsteph75 This particular BlueScreen was caused by the Nvidia graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
You can get a fresh copy of the newest Nvidia driver here:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/198400/en-us/
Please disable your antivirus, if you have one, while installing the driver. Since your computer will be offline the entire time, it should be safe.
I did a clean uninstall and install of my graphics driver (being offline and with virus protection off) and uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4, was offline in the EA app and disconnected from the internet, I still got a crash while building. Does this crash text say why this is still ocurring? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XeWb7FoLNnYVIWVbSjQvCeNUZ2TBRgy6/view?usp=share_link
@Rsteph75 What version of Windows are you running?
@Rsteph75 A lastcrash is mostly useless, unfortunately, at least to regular users. (A Maxis developer might understand it, but not those of us who help on this forum.) Since you have a lastcrash.txt, I'm guessing you didn't get a BlueScreen, which is good, but it would be helpful to see a crash dump from Sims 4, that is if one exists. Click Windows key-R and copy and paste this:
%LocalAppData%\CrashDumps
When you enter, you'll see a list of .dmp files. If one of them is from Sims 4 and corresponds with this crash, please upload it. If you see a crash dump that was written at exactly the time of the most recent crash, I'd like that too. I don't need to see older ones though.
Please also post a new dxdiag so I can see if anything relevant has changed.

@roberta591 The player attached a dxdiag to their original post.
