Hey guys so I repaired the game and I cleared the cache I also turned off my mods but my pack get to work is not showing up still along with a couple of others

simmergirl1223 Do the missing packs show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Please check and let me know either way, and also list the other missing packs.
