HELP SIMS 4 BUSINESSES AND HOBBIES NO SHOWING UP IN MY GAME

Please someone help ! the businesses and hobbies pack isnt showing up in my game and i dont know what to do ive uninstalled and reinstalled the sims like eight times and it still says in the game is...
