Help! Sims 4 won't install on mac
it says that the download is complete but when i click the install button nothing really happen please help !!!!!!!!😢😞

The minimum system requirements for The Sims 4 are OS X 10.7.5 (Lion), you are running OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). That is why you are not getting the install option. Can you upgrade your operating system via the App Store?

and how can i do that ?? ..... sorry but i'm not a mac person😞
- Back up your Mac (always recommended when upgrading an operating system)
- Open the App Store from your Applications folder
- Log in with your iCloud/iTunes account
- Type Apple in the search field
- Download and install OS X.
- Approved
I've tried to download os x yosemite but it wouldn't download , and i don't really have icloud
and what do you mean by back it up ??
