Help .. Sims 4 world sulani not working

I downloaded sims 4 island living but when I click on the world sulani it doesn't ever load. &nbsp;on the home screen of sis 4 it says that I need to download the base game ... but it is already downloading and island living says that it is owned ...

restart your computer, and repair the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
