i’ve done everything. disabled and deleted mods. repaired the game. even uninstalled it and every time i go to game play it does this. i can be in create a sim and world view, but this happens when i try to play. i’m stuck.

squid622 This is often the result of a missing graphics driver. If you know how to update yours, do that and you'll simply install the newest version.
If it doesn't help, or you don't know to update the driver, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
