Missing Packs

Hi!

I haven't been playing The Sims 4 since november 2024 but today I decided to come back and I noticed that all my packs are gone! 

EA App is saying that I only have 6 packs but I actually have ALL OF THEM with the exception of the last 2 expansions (Lovestruck and Life and Death). 
I don't know what is happening but I need help to get all my packs back.
