Hi, I wanted to open my Sims 4 again after the update but then I saw that all my saves were suddenly gone, but they are still in my documents from The Sims 4. How can I make sure they come back into the game? and no I don't have any mods

jacqueliencor7 It sounds like the game might be reading a different folder than the one that holds your saves. Here's how to find that folder:

If your saves are in the correct location, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the file names and sizes.
