Household won't load

I have an issue where my household is stuck on an endless loading screen. I have to open the save from the load option, not resume, because if I click resume then it also doesn't want to load. I can edit families in CAS and edit the lots, but if I try opening any household (played or not) it just won't load. I tried moving my family to a different lot but that didn't do anything. 

I have mods, but I already took them out of the mods file, repaired the game, and then reopened my laptop and it still didn't work.

Does anyone know what could be the cause and how can I fix it?? Please help:((

    szczursniady​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your main household.  If and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE.  If you find one, open the file (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

    Please remove your entire Mods folder while testing.
