How do I repair my game?

I am having the same issue multiple other people are having with the Grim Reaper Rewards Quest. Please keep telling me to repair my game. HOW? I play on a PC, no Steam and No Discord. No custom conte...

Close The Sims 4 if it's running. Open the EA app and go to Library. Find The Sims 4 in the main panel and click on the three dots in the top right corner. This should open a small menu with Repair as one of the choices. Good luck.

EA wouldn't give me a repair option on their Sims 4 game that I have in my library so I have to redownload it that's the only option I got with this new update 2025. Ugh

    Open the EA App. On the left side of the page, you should see the icon of your Sims 4 game. Simply click on that, then click on the one that shows up on the next page. Select Repair on the drop-down menu. Best of luck.
