how do I start a new game with maxis properties

How do I start a new game with maxis properties? I can't remember how to start a new game from scratch. I have bulldozed all my properties that came with the game so I could build new. Now I can't fi...

Google searches reveal no such game as "Maxis Properties".  There was a game developer using the name Maxis, and they released the very popular "Sims" game series, as well as the "Simcity" games. 

What are you asking about?   Please name WHICH Sims game, or if not Sims, then which Simcity?
