How the eff do I restart this game? Like fresh start never been played!

Someone help before I throw my laptop. Or delete sims forever before promptly crying about it. Yeah, I might be dramatic but this has been a pain in my butt. 

I have tried everything to restart this game like it is brand new, freshly downloaded, never been played, the original characters and lots are back. I have tried everything I’ve found online but all of it is 2+ years old. I haven’t played in over a year and just want a clean start. 

Please help. 😭

    trippamy​  Delete the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts.  This holds all your user data: saves, saved households and builds, mods and custom content, etc.  It does NOT contain the game's program files (base game, expansion/game/stuff packs, kits) unless you've installed the game there, in which case you should remove this folder anyway and install somewhere else.
