How to/ Can i transfer Packs i owned on Console to PC

I first started my account on Xbox and had Cats And Dogs on it, and i want to know if i can get Cats and Dogs on my PC account since its the same one i used on console

faxpzvi6ycjw  This isn't possible, sorry.  EA doesn't allow packs to be transferred between console and PC/Mac.
