kdsr213 It is certainly possible to merge accounts in general, but there are a few games that can block a merge. I'm not sure whether you own one of those games or the EA customer support reps simply don't know how to fix your issue.
At any rate, the simplest fix would be to get a refund for Sims 1 and 2 and buy the bundle on your other account. You can get an automatic refund of any full game (not DLC) within 24 hours of buying it, whether you've launched it or not.
