Refind Living Room and Business won't download

I purchased these kits but they won't download no matter what I do. I have cleared my cache at least three times, turned the computer off,  signed off and back on to EA - nothing is working. Why can't anything ever run smoothly? Playing on PC (well more like NOT playing) I do not use ANY kind of mods or custom content
