  • zwatter_0  Please run a search for EP12 , which is the folder for High School Years.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP12 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

  • zwatter_0  It looks like you have two copies of the game's program files, one in the correct location for a Steam install, and one in OneDrive > Documents > Games.  Please delete the latter folder entirely, as it's doing nothing but using extra OneDrive space (and possibly costing you money to store the extra data).

If you have other Steam games installed, open that location:

    C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents\Games\Steam\Steam App\steamapps\common

and see whether those games are specifically installed there.  If they are, here's how to move them:

I would suggest moving them to the default location, where Sims 4 is already installed:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

But you can move them elsewhere if you prefer, just NOT in Documents.

Once you've done that, delete the Games folder in OneDrive > Documents, then go to onedrive.com and delete the folder there if it's still present.  Restart your computer and download HSY again.
