zwatter_0 It looks like you have two copies of the game's program files, one in the correct location for a Steam install, and one in OneDrive > Documents > Games. Please delete the latter folder entirely, as it's doing nothing but using extra OneDrive space (and possibly costing you money to store the extra data).
If you have other Steam games installed, open that location:
C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents\Games\Steam\Steam App\steamapps\common
and see whether those games are specifically installed there. If they are, here's how to move them:

I would suggest moving them to the default location, where Sims 4 is already installed:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
But you can move them elsewhere if you prefer, just NOT in Documents.
Once you've done that, delete the Games folder in OneDrive > Documents, then go to onedrive.com and delete the folder there if it's still present. Restart your computer and download HSY again.
