MehoyMinoy8 Sims 4 is always going to look for the user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. If you want this folder on your external drive, you'll need to tell the game where to look, by creating a symbolic link. Here's how:
You can have this folder anywhere, but please do NOT combine it with the game's program files. That's just asking for trouble, now or later.
