emilyjane1415 I don't know how to change bindings on a Legion Go either; that part of the question would be for a forum that deals with the device specifically. A bit of googling suggests that there are third-party apps you can use though.
It's worth pointing out though that on the console versions of Sims 4, you need to hold down two other buttons while pressing up or down on the D-pad.
