Jonnes_Jonnitos As a test, try forcing the game to launch in DirectX 9 mode. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx9 to the box.
If this doesn't help, please try the other suggestions in the first post of this thread, which is about a distinct but related error:

You can try with the -dx9 command present and with it removed again.
