Jonnes_Jonnitos I still have more suggestions for you, but I'd like to know whether you've tried the new admin Windows account, as described in the thread I linked. A new, local account (not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address) would eliminate many sources of error, so the test would help either way.
This particular error is almost always fixable, so there's no reason to give up yet.
