Jonnes_Jonnitos Did you input the entire command, starting with reg query , and did you copy and paste it? If not, please try that.
If that doesn't or didn't help, you can view the Personal value within the registry. Here's how:
Do NOT change any values in the registry; just have a look around and let me know what it says for Personal, which is the location of Documents in this Windows account.
