I’m unable to load in my household

Question

If I select my sims to travel, they’re stuck there and I’m unable to visit the lot, and the only option I have to see the lot is to play another household, but when I select the lot for the them to travel to once again they get stuck, my sims can’t travel anywhere and I’m unable to load the lot, this has never happened before and I don’t know how to fix it. It keeps asking me to relaunch the game, I do and I check my mods and nothing happens.

x_Holly13_x​&nbsp; To be clear, does this happen with any household you select, and any lot you try to travel to?&nbsp; Please test a few different households and lots if you haven't already.&nbsp; And please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress.
If you get an error message when trying to travel, please post a screenshot of it.
