I'm having this same problem. I make videos and when I tab out to start the recording and back in I just get a white screen and if I try to tab out again it just doesn't work and I'm forever stuck and have to restart my laptop. I record nearly every day and this just started after the May 30th update. Editing to add: Pictureamoebae told me how to find if I use Fullscreen or windowed mode and I use Fullscreen.

@julesbbsea17 Same here I use Full screen though I haven't tested the issue in windowed mode
