GoatyGolem When looking for a live chat, try a different category of issue. "I need help loading my game" usually works for me. It also helps to set your location inside the browser window to U.S. or U.K. This isn't about your actual location but about the language you get support in—English is available more of the time, for more categories of issue, than other languages.
