I can't delete logs in the origin file

 So,I was clearing the cache like the instructions on how to do it, told me to and I was busy deleting logs in the origin file when it said that it was open/running  or running inside a folder, I restarted my pc and it still didn't work,l I then googled it and it gave me a solution by EA_tom he/she said i had to make sure that origin doesn't outomaticaly start when the pc is turned on, I did that and when i tried to delete logs again it still didn't work, I'm on windows 7 ultimate

    I just want to say this: Origin isn't running. Its client however is still in the task manager. Try ending all Origin tasks there. I'm not saying this will help you boot up Origin. What I do know is that is how you might be able to delete logs.
