I can't use the game after the 12/12/2019 update

After the 12/12/2019 update I can't use the The Sims 4 anymore, when I try to play sometimes a white screen appears so I can't use the game at all or the game start but there is an endless plumbob lo...

@Julia041219 Yes, the question marks are quite common but I repairing usually works. Did it not work for you ?

    I've exactly the same problem... Cant do anything besides create a family...

        @crinrict Yeah... (I already created a post about it)
        I've already tried all the methods described.. and the game still crashes..
        This time I was able to play for like 5 minutes, was cooking and bam. The game crahses.. And it din't gave me any error.
