Don't think it's computer related not sure what the cause is though.
Did you uninstall Origin, clean out your register and then reinstall Origin ?
i did all of the above, was on live chat with someone but assidently close it :<

- I was on the chat and lost connection. Finally I tried one more thing and it worked!!
I created a new account on my windows 7. I then logged off my account and switched over to the new user account. Signed into origin like normal... Loaded the game... Had to make a new sim because my original stuff didn't transfer over with being on a new windows account. Created the sim, bought a house, and everything loaded perfectly.
I highly suggest trying this option. Literally took me 2 minutes to create a new user account on windows 7. - ApprovedAnonymous11 years ago
