I have 62 hours logged in game, and suddenly....

Nvidia had an update the other day. DId you install that ? 

the driver seems up to date... i also tried the suggestion here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/missing-msvcp120-dll-at-the-sims-4-startup/

it didnt help ☹️

Try moving usersettings.ini and options.ini files to the desktop and let the game create new ones. You'll find them in documents\electronicarts\thesims4

You will need to redo all your settings afterwards

do u think i should uninstall the game and then reinstall?

Also try if repair on Origin does anything (right click on the game)

resetting the game to fact. settings wo/ reinstalling introductions didnt work for me ☹️
