LavaRedFox0909 Yes, you can use all your content together, if you're willing to play through Steam, and if your EA and Steam accounts are properly linked. (To test, try signing into the EA App with your Steam credentials. If it works, you're fine.) Uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4, clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, download the base game through Steam and the pack you own there, open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and download your packs, but NOT a second copy of the base game. Everything should load as if you'd bought it from Steam.
Uninstalling the game shouldn't delete your saves or other user content. However, it's always a good idea to have a backup copy of anything you'd be upset to lose, and this is a good time. Your user data is all in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, with saves in the saves folder, saved households and builds in Tray, screenshots in Screenshots, etc. You can back up this entire folder if you want.
