Still not able to (Reinstall) the Sims 4 game!
It has been bout 2 weeks since I have had to wait for My Sims 4 game to be Reinstalled into the EA App, My Game was (Not) taken out by the EA App so not sure Why I am being sent to a page for Games taken out of the Library, when in Fact a Tech Agent had me (Uninstall) the Sims 4 game to try and fix it from the (Game Ownership Error) that I still get even after getting today's EA App Update from > 13.380. to 13.387. , & not sure why I keep getting Email's from Different Agent's telling me to do the same fix's over & over, I am up to bout 10 or 11 Tech Agent's now, I would of thought that they all would of read the previous Email's before Emailing Me & telling me to yet do the same thing I already did 10 times over, with Still no Solution in sight, so not happy bout any of this, & If I am no longer able to play My Sims 4 Due to a EA App mess up that I had (nothing) what so ever to do with, then I may request a Refund for all My pack's I bought since I won't be able to use them if My game does not get fixed sooner then later. :(
