I have resource.cfg in my mods folder and my cc but its not showing?

So i put some new cc i got in my mods folder i have resource.cfg too and i tried to play and it wasnt showing my cc at all so i uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times ive gotten it to start the g...

    Its fine now i just had to restart my cc and mod downloading thank you for trying to help me 🙂

Please post a screen shot of the content in your mods folder.
